HAVE YOU LOST YOUR DREAMS?
It isn’t easy to put yourself out there. To be transparent to the world, share all the ugly places that brought me to where I am today. I find it so amazing that most of the people God chose to use were the very ones society would quickly cast away. These people weren’t the perfect idea of a “good Christian.” The same ones we would turn our nose up at today God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. So, I shouldn’t find myself in complete surprise that God is taking this modern-day, hot mess, post fire burned, and refined out of the ashes mom and using me to impact the lives of others for His kingdom.
We can plan and plan all day long.
We can envision how we think our life will play out. We have a picture-perfect thought of what it will be like. It never really works out the way we see it in our minds. How many of us as small children remember the dreams we held close and dear for our future?
Hope is the anchor to the soul.
When the storms of life come, and you experience the loss of a loved one, divorce, financial, job loss, what will you do?
What will be your anchor?
Do you have any idea where to begin?
As you listen to the episodes on this podcast, you will find the answers you have been in search of.
STRESSED AND FINDING YOURSELF WORRYING
ABOUT THINGS YOU CAN’T CONTROL?
It is easy to focus on things we can’t control in difficult situations in our lives, but if we focus on the struggles, how can there be hope? How can we begin to heal our wounds?
WHERE DO I BEGIN?
So often, I’m asked, when will the pain end? I respond I don’t know, but when it does, I will let you know. The greatest gift I have been given is to learn I don’t have to live the rest of my life in that pain. How does one move forward when life circumstances feel like they are constantly pulling you away from anything important and beneficial?
CHOICES
Are you tired of trying to figure everything out on your own?
If you want to get better, you have to choose to start. Nothing will happen without you taking that first step.
Do you want to DISCOVER who God created you to be? What your new identity looks like. Understand your new life?
Gather and be inspired for DIRECTION on what to do, how to do it, and where to go next.
Make DECISIONS to find courage, bravery, community, and become decisive.
Stop allowing culture and the negative people in your life to dictate your future. Live Dedicated to your new life, new purpose, and new legacy.
Instead of allowing yourself to become overwhelmed by past events, why not be an overcomer. Learn to live every day fulfilled and to the full potential God created you to be.
Those dreams you had, let’s resurrect them and bring them to life! That thing, that tried to take you out, learn to use it and honor who you can become from it.

“Raw honesty and humility on this level is a rare find, and blessing to all who hear Bev’s message of God’s truly amazing grace and restoration. From the doldrums of horrific loss to the mountain tops of restoration, Bev’s experience in life only increased her faith. What the devil intended to destroy her only served to build her up and make her a blessing to others.”

A CHANCE ENCOUNTER
I had a chance encounter with a young man who was in a car accident at nine years old. He was unrestrained, suffered a head injury and survived. He had to learn to talk, eat and walk again. All the things we take for granted. Not only did he overcome those obstacles in life, but he also excelled in martial arts and learned to play a guitar. He carries no anger and has an overwhelming positive outlook on life.
The following are his words:
“Because I get to share my story and what God has done for me with others. I give the hopeless hope again. I play my guitar, I am active in Shorinkan karate, I walk everywhere I go. God has been so good to me.
One of the statements he made during our conversation really resonated within me. “I am always learning, A man who continues to learn has a purpose and a reason to live, a man who assumes he knows everything is already dead.”
THE ANSWER IS IN FRONT OF YOU
“I LOVE to bring women out of darkness, sit with them in their pain and see God’s healing power work in them, until they are living fulfilled lives with peace, grace, and abundance.”
– Beverly Shoemaker
Behold I am standing at the door knocking. If your heart is open to hear my voice and you open the door within, I will come in to you and feast with you and you will feast with me.
~ Revelation 3:20
Jesus is knocking on the door of your heart. He wants to have fellowship with you, he wants you to open up to him. He is patient and persistent, yet he will not kick the door down. He is waiting for you to decide whether or not to open your hearts.
